Grille 700 at the Marriott Waterfront obviously sees itself as a downtown player, not just a meal service for hotel guests; fresh, bold flavors and intriguing compositions appear on these plates. The restaurant's interior, too, is engaging. Airy, high-ceilinged, and with an abstract waterfront motif befitting its location, it offers tables spaced properly for conversation. Servers are knowledgeable and well trained.
