Located in a rather hard-to-find 13th century building just off the Corso Alfieri in the historic center of Asti, this long-established restaurant was re-opened in September 2005 following a radical makeover. Inside the ambience is intimate and elegant, and outside there is a seating area for 'al fresco' dining during the summer months. The Falcon Vecchio prepares traditional Piedmontese cuisine using freshly-prepared seasonal ingredients, and the wine list includes a large selection of wines from the Monferrato and Langhe regions of Piedmont.
