South-of-the-border favorites are prepared with quality ingredients, as one sees in the guacamole, which may be made tableside. Vegetarians find half a dozen combinations that meet their needs. A host of especialidades feature seafood, pork, beef and chicken, all with the classic Mexican touches. Fajitas, albeit a Texas creation, are a favorite here, and may be ordered vegetarian. Desserts seem ordinary. The margaritas are tasty in lime or strawberry, and an organic version is offered. We think one is best off with a glass of the house-made sangría, which is pretty decent, whereas the wine list is average. Eight Mexican beers and a few domestics round out the quaffs list.
