India Palace Description:
At lunch, India Palace caters to the workaday crowd, offering a mostly standard all-you-can-eat buffet of the most commonly requested dishes, both vegetarian and not (although they do switch up a special or two). At night, the lights go down and the ambience rises as the waiters don scarlet coats and white gloves and serve with a formality straight out of the British imperial era. Either way, the food is grand, from the Kashmiri naan with cashews, pistachios, raisins and dried cherries to the daal makhni with black lentils to the goat curry offered on weekends. Several Indian beers on offer naturally go well with the highly charged food.
