Sandiago's Mexican Grill at the Tram has more going for it than its location. It also serves up some truly grand margaritas, including one made with watermelon liqueur that mimics the color of the Sandia Mountains at sunset (Sandia means watermelon in Spanish). The food is inventive, but sometimes inconsistent. Stick with the appetizers, including the grilled quesadillas, steak and green chile nachos and the seemingly bottomless guacamole. The appetizers are generous enough to make a light supper while watching the sunset light show. If you're really hungry, try the blue corn enchiladas with red chile sauce and shredded chicken. Desserts are also good, especially the decadent chocolate flan.
