Japanese Kitchen Description:
Japanese Kitchen is really two restaurants in one: a teppanyaki place that somewhat optimistically bills itself as the city's best steakhouse and a separate, quieter and more sophisticated sushi bar situated in a business tower across the plaza. The main restaurant is fun if you place entertainment value on having your food cooked right on the table in front of you---and on tropical cocktails festooned with little paper umbrellas. The sushi satellite, meanwhile, is passable; the addition of robatayaki and omakase certainly makes it more welcome to those who've had a lifetime's fill of tuna rolls.
