There's an air of formality about this hotel and restaurant complex that is built to resemble a Colonial village but the food is more contemporary and approachable. Start with the lobster ravioli or the caramelized pear phyllo purse served with a honey-lime drizzle. Follow with something traditional such as rack of lamb or one of the specialty dishes such as the roasted vegetable strudel drizzled with pesto sauce as you listen to music from the Steinway piano that is the centerpiece of the room.
