Puyfond Description:
Anne Carbonel's cooking often resembles a rough draft more than a polished product, even though it is well presented. Well-chosen wines. All served in an ochre-colored dining room decorated with modern furnishings and antique mirrors and paintings, or (weather permitting) on a lovely shaded terrace. Forewarning: the large slightly pretentious house is rather lost (and difficult to find) in its park.
