As self-professed experts on cinnamon rolls, we have scoured the earth for the perfect specimen---and we truly believe that we have found it at Cinnabon. These are the biggest, freshest, gooiest cinnamon rolls we’ve ever eaten---the dough yeasty and buttery and so pillowy you could sleep on it. The dough is rolled around a wonderful cinnamon-caramel mixture, and each roll is thickly slathered with a not-too-sweet cream-cheese frosting that is simply divine. Cinnabon is part of a growing nationwide chain; we wish that there were one close to home, but we’re secretly relieved that there isn’t. Close proximity to a Cinnabon would doom us to a life of elastic waistbands.
